Qatar or, is an Arab country located in the east of the Arabian Peninsula in southwest Asia overlooking the Arabian Gulf and its capital is Doha. It has a common land border to the south with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a maritime border with the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
