St. Nicholas Cathedral in Monaco

St. Nicholas Cathedral was built between 1875-1903 from the beautiful light limestone brought from nearby France.

It is located within the old historic wing of the Monaco-Ville Castle.

Inside, you will find a magnificent altar made of Italian marble, and it is worth noting that Princess Grace is also buried here along with other members of the Grimaldi royal family.

The Oceanographic Museum of Monaco is a beautiful, imposing Baroque building set on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

 It took 11 years to build, and the stone used in its designs is of French origin, like St. Nicholas Cathedral.

This tower is a skyscraper in Monaco that was completed in 2015.

It is worth noting that in the 1980s, Prince Rainer III imposed a ban on high-rise building projects but this ban was lifted in 2008.

This castle was built in the early 18th century and was rebuilt after being destroyed in 1944.

It is now an open-air theatre, and during the summer months, various shows are hosted in this wonderful venue.
