Erbil Citadel - Iraq

Erbil Citadel, the ancient center of the Iraqi city of Erbil , on a hill about 30 metres above the rest of the city.

The houses along the outside of the castle form a fortress-like structure, while the interior is filled with narrow alleys, arched passageways, and intricate stonework.

Al-Hijr - Saudi Arabia

Located in Saudi Arabia Madain Saleh, also known as Al-Hijr, was one of the largest cities in the Nabataean Kingdom, second only to Petra in Jordan.

The city was built in the 1st century AD, and originally consisted only of a residential area and a cemetery.

Jeita Grotto - Lebanon

The Jeita Grotto consists of two interconnected limestone caves located in the Nahr al-Kalb Valley in Lebanon.

The upper cave, accessible on foot, and the lower cave, can be viewed from a boat on a lake winding through the cave.
